Team Building

What is team building?

• There are many definitions

• Team building is improving team performance by developing team working skill by using any appropriate method (Time-wise, 2009).

• Developing the cohesion of a team by fostering trust, communication, and cooperation among its members to make it more efficient and improve performance (Cross-cultural glossary).

• The selection and grouping of a mix of people in the development of skills required within the group to achieve agreed objectives (BNET Business Dictionary ,2010).
