I was in my 2nd season as a Brewers broadcaster. To witness a franchise and a fan base, so hungry for a postseason team, thrust themselves into the national spotlight and ultimately win the Wild Card was thrilling. Sabathia was one of the great trade acquisi- tions of all time and is still being cited in baseball war rooms every trade deadline. The memories of the clutch wins against the Pirates and Cubs at the end of the season, experiencing a packed Miller Park anxiously awaiting the conclusion of the Mets/ Marlins game, then the euphoria that ensued once the Marlins won are so meaningful to me. To have a prime seat for the 1st postseason in Milwaukee in 26 years was magical. My favorite moments were two Ryan Braun homeruns, a grand slam to beat Pittsburgh in ex- tra innings, and the 8th inning, game-winner versus the Cubs on the final day of the season. And, of course, who could forget the scene on the field after Sabathia got the final outs to secure victory. The 2008 season was a special moment in time for the Milwaukee franchise. To see how many of those players have returned for Fantasy Camp speaks to not only they’re bond they have with each other, but the bond they still share with Brewers fans everywhere. They are excited to hear your sto- ries and re-live some of these moments with you. You are one of the lucky few who get to share the field with a very special group of Brewers players and coaches. - Brian Anderson - Milwaukee Brewers TV Play-by-Play Announcer Mike Schoonveld - MVP 2017 Fantasy Camp Award Winners 2018 Fantasy Camp Roster Adamany, Tim Fitchburg WI Albregts, Ben Gilbert AZ Alf, Ed Sullivan WI Anderson, Gary Milwaukee WI Arnold, Michael Waunakee WI Bernhardt, Mike Deefield WI Bishop, Paul San Diego CA Brouchoud, Justin Greenfield WI Brunner, Kevin Green Bay WI Buelow, Mike Muskego WI Chang, Robert Marshfield WI Conway, Michael Milwaukee WI Cook, Rob Wind Lake WI Courchane, Mark Madison WI Dietzen, Mike Appleton WI Duex, Timothy Las Vegas NV Ehlert, Dave Champlin MN Ejercito, Mike Fitchburg WI Endries, Stephen Fond du Lac WI Engen, Eric Janesville WI Faust, Michael Janesville WI Flaherty, Bill Victoria MN Foulke, Scott Muskego WI Galatte, Tony Wauconda IL Gallo, Vince Franklin WI Gasper, Bill New Berlin WI Gilbert, Bruce Penn Valley PA Gilboy, Steve Cambria WI Greatens, Chris Green Bay WI Greenwood, Gary Mequon WI Grossmann, Chris Pelham AL Grover, Steve Janesville WI Gruentzel, John Little Chute WI Haddon, Wayne Waukesha WI Hagenow, John Muskego WI Hepp, Steve Santa Barbara CA Herrington, Paul Muskego WI Holtz, Jason Menomonee Falls WI Inderdahl, Dennis Onalaska WI Inderdahl, Nick Madison WI Jannsen, Terry Pewaukee WI Johnsen, Doug New Berlin WI Johnson, Dennis Fort Irwin CA Jorgensen, Brett Mukwonago WI Kammerude, Tom Blanchardville WI Karpinski, Kevin New Berlin WI Kilbey, Thomas Phoenix AZ Kowal, Aaron Hartland WI Kowal, Jeff Oconomowoc WI Kretsinger, Wade Byron IL Krisberg, Lew Sussex WI Kuborn, Joe Cedarburg WI Kuehl, Justin Brookfield WI Lendosky, Steve Fennimore WI Lundequam, Michael Ridgeland WI Lundequam, Paul Arcadia WI Luther, Jason Wauwatosa WI Martin, Mike Village of the Lakes IL Maruska, Dave Fond du Lac WI Matthews, Jeff Madison WI Pangallo, Dave Milwaukee WI Peters, Chris Wauwatosa WI Pollard, Robert Oak Creek WI Quiñones, Don Havana IL Rataichek, Cletus Glen Burnie MD Rooks, Dan South Bend IN Rulland, Geoff Scottsdale AZ Rustad, Roger Wisconsin Rapids WI Schoenbach, Ron Muskego WI Scholbe, Andy Wind Lake WI Scott, Erick Milwaukee WI Shoulak, Jim Corcoran MN Slak, Robb Muskego WI Smith, Ed Elkins AR Solomon, Brad Champlin MN Spaeth, Scott West Bend WI Steffes, Bob Wauwatosa WI Tannerbauer, Joseph Torrance CA Varney, Matt (RIP) Fitchburg WI Webber, Tim Wauwatosa WI Wolf, Ken Muskego WI Ybarra, Paul Waukesha WI Zacharias, Karl Mondovi WI Zak, Gregg Germantown WI Zier, Dan Fort Worth TX 2017 Champions The Milwaukee Maulers capped off the only undefeated season by a Milwaukee Brewers Fantasy Camp team with their 10-0 drubbing of One Beer, One Water to capture the camp title.
