WELCOME TO JOURNEY CHURCH!
Thank you for spending your morning with us! Please join us
for fellowship, coffee and punch in the courtyard following the worship
services.
Our Traditional (Classic) Service - A structured worship service
filled with prayer, responsive readings, favorite hymns, music from
the Journey Church Chancel Choir and other artists, and teaching
from God’s word. We observe Communion (The Lord’s Supper) on
the first week of each month. Music is accompanied by piano and
saxophone.
Our Contemporary Service - A worship service filled with prayer,
sharing, occasional readings, contemporary songs, music from the
“JC Praise Band” and other artists, drama and teaching from God’s
word. We observe Communion (The Lord’s Supper) on the first
week of each month.
Fifth Sunday Service - On months with five weeks, the fifth Sunday
is a combined service at 10 am.
Children’s Bulletins and materials are available in the back of the Sanctuary.
Please stop by the Visitor Table
(located in the back of the Sanctuary). We can answer
your questions and give you a welcome gift.
We offer two different worship experiences at Journey Church.
We worship through all the elements of each service, recognizing God’s
working and presence in us, through us and around us.
Journey Notes
Thank you for your partnership! God’s hand was clearly
on the Sacramento Festival. He used this outreach to flood
the region with the Gospel, and bring reconciliation,
support, and hope to the entire area through the Season of
Service. You helped make it possible!
- 75,000 people were reached in person with the Good News.
- Thousands of individuals made a decision for Jesus Christ.
- More than 470 churches partnered with the festival.
- 20,000 volunteers contributed to 200 Season of Service
projects, many of which will continue long-term.
To God be the glory! To you be the thanks. And to those who gave
financially— to the Sacramento Festival and our upcoming festival in
Tanzania— all the joy in knowing the impact you are making.
(2 Corinthians 9:12).
