Any rider violating this rule will be immediately prohibited from further riding until the headgear is properly in place. K-Farm/Willowbrooke and the MHJA make no representation or warranty, expressed or implied, about any protective headgear, and cautions riders that serious injury may result despite wearing protective headgear as all equestrian sports involve an intrinsic element of risk.
8. Please be aware that it is not legal to show a tranquilized horse. Although the MHJA does not drug test at our shows, it is still not permitted. Showing a tranquilized horse is unfair to the other competitor, bad for business and most of all dangerous to the horse and rider! If you are concerned that someone is giving their horse illegal meds, please talk to show management or the RS&G Committee.
9. Management reserves the right to combine, divide or cancel classes if entries warrant or to refuse any entry.
