The ESCO submits the following information …

1 Description of Management and Project Management approach.2 Organization chart with resumes of key personnel.3 List of Certified Energy Managers, Certified Energy Auditors, Certified Measurement

& Verification Professionals and Graduate Engineers employed by the ESCO.

4 Methods Statement for the execution of Energy Efficiency Retrofit projects.5 List and size (in AED and m2) of all current project engagements and available

resources.6 ESCO resources (offices, workshops, equipment, software, etc.).7 Description (scope, size, and complexity) of at least 3 recently (within past 5 years)

executed energy efficiency projects, either inside or outside the UAE, including reference list with reference contact details.

8 Quality control including sub-contractor selection procedure and HSE policy and procedures, including a list of recordable injuries and lost time injury records for the most recent 3 years.

9 Description of Cost and Pricing strategy and how best value is achieved.10 Company annual reports (including financial audit findings) for the most recent 3

years.11 History of Litigation and/or Arbitration, including any ongoing cases for the most

recent 5 years.

The ADWEA ESCO review process …

1. ESCO submits Qualification Information.

2. Review Committee reviews information

3. Review Committee checks reference projects.

4. Review Committee completes ESCO Scoresheet.

5. ADWEA Registration, Prequalification and Specification Committee Reviews Scoring.

6. Results are communicated to ESCO.
