8 Quality control including sub-contractor selection procedure and HSE policy and procedures, including a list of recordable injuries and lost time injury records for the most recent 3 years.
9 Description of Cost and Pricing strategy and how best value is achieved.10 Company annual reports (including financial audit findings) for the most recent 3
years.11 History of Litigation and/or Arbitration, including any ongoing cases for the most
recent 5 years.

5. ADWEA Registration, Prequalification and Specification Committee Reviews Scoring.
