1. Herewith is DepED Memorandum No. 138, s. 2012 and Unnumbered Regional Memorandum dated September 24, 2012 entitled: "2012 National Science Club Month Celebration

and Seminar-Workshop for Science Club leaders on September 26 - 30, 2012 at the Ecotech Center, lahug, Cebu City.

2. Participants to this activity are the science club advisers, science teachers, department

heads, school principals, administrators, district/division/regional supervisors and science enthusiasts from the different public and private elementary and secondary schools. Attendance to this activity is ON OFFICIAL TIME ONLY.

3. A registration fee of FOUR THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED PESOS ( P 4,900.00 ) shall be

charged each participant to cover accommodation and meals, Seminar kits, hand-outs, shirts, reproduction of hand-outs, certificates and honoraria of speakers and facilitators.

4. Immediate and wide dissemination of this Memorandum is desired.
