DCLT, owners of the The Dome and ten other local sporting, leisure and

entertainment facilities, has appointed Kal Group, to redesign their

DCLT group and individual facilities websites.

After winning the tender and initial business consultation. We implemented a userfeedback exercise on www.thedome.co.uk, we worked with the project team to create a new brighter, informative and socially enabled website.

Andy Wood, Head of Design at Kal Group explained:

“Over time the old Dome.co.uk website had become too disjointed, bland and the difficultto navigate, it was paramount to invigorate the page layouts and bring each venue andevent to life.

We explored various designs with the DCLT team, until a final design was settled on. It's really enjoyable working with the business this closely as feedback was almost instant and progress is rapid.”

The websites structure focused on the information architecture as much as design tooptimise social media feeds and the engage user experience visually and informatively.

The final design will shortly be in production and we look forward to the full user experience coming online soon.

One of our leading clients saw how effective our E-shot Email Campaign was on theircompany and now they are regular users!

Out of the 41,973 promotional emails sent to their customers, 41,111 were deliveredsuccessfully and 3,899 of recipients clicked onto the links to view the company's website.Already that is 3,899 potential customers that enquired about their brand that they didn'thave before! In addition to the company's exposure, the campaign gained 63 transactionsthat generated revenue of £4,989.20. Which was a 12 fold increase on there return the investment.

When Vertbaudet approached Kal Group looking for a fresh approach for

their children's wear direct mail campaign, the Kal team went back to

their childish routes and created several strong campaigns which

put the fun back into the company's marketing methods.

One direct mail campaign looked like it had been sent from the child to its parents askingfor some new clothing from the Vertbaudet collection - which was a great way to makeuse of customer data and to deliver personalised and interactive mailing.
