Blumenstock is a hod carrier and works for her husband, a plasterer. Mr. Blumenstock is a considerate husband, however, and work from special stilts so that his wife doesn't have to carry those heavy scaffolds around. AP Wirephoto.     Eighty - seven sixth graders were "graduated" from School Twenty-one on Lee Avenue at Class Day exercises today.

    Stephen Buxbaum led the flag salute, Roberta Snow welcomed the guests, J a m e s . Maas told "Who's Who in the Class of 1956" and Judith Sachs spoke on "Looking Ahead."

    Leon G. LaFleur, director of personnel and research, present-ed the sixth grade certificates, Rabbi Solomon W. Sternstein of the Lincoln Park Jewish Center gave the invocation and the sixth graders, directed by Mrs. Rose Goldman, sang.

    'Unsanitary* At Scene Of Fire

    The Eighth Ward Democratic Club will ask City Manager Charles L. Curran to remedy What it calls "unsanitary and dangerous conditions" at 3 Law-rence Street, scene of a three-aTarm fire several months ago.

    At a club meeting Monday night at 37 Lawrence Street. Chester B. Arthur, president, was requested to confer with Mr. Curran on the matter.

    •Club members living near 3 Lawrence Street said that < un-pleasant odors come from water-eoaked bedding and other house-hold articles and that the chim-fify is tilted perilously and is a potential danger to pedestrians.
