School Superintendent Stan-ley S. Wynstra was principal speaker at graduation exercises of School Four on Trenchard Street today when 66 eighth" graders received diplomas from School Truste William F. Lally. • Parent - Teacher Association awards, presented by Mrs. Rob-ert Dreher. Mrs. C. E. Har-greaves and Mrs. Arthur Prince, were given to Kenneth Sarubbi .and Temma Kaplan, for schol-arship; Thomas Blasko and An-nette Musco. for greatest im-provement, and Paul Viviano and. Sharon Smith, for great-est service.

The Eighth Ward Democratic Club will ask City Manager Charles L. Curran to remedy What it calls "unsanitary and dangerous conditions" at 3 Law-rence Street, scene of a three-aTarm fire several months ago.

At a club meeting Monday night at 37 Lawrence Street. Chester B. Arthur, president, was requested to confer with Mr. Curran on the matter.

•Club members living near 3 Lawrence Street said that < un-pleasant odors come from water-eoaked bedding and other house-hold articles and that the chim-fify is tilted perilously and is a potential danger to pedestrians.
