Five directions of institutional reforms:
1) improving public service;
2) ensuring the rule of law;
3) promoting economic growth;
4) strengthening Kazakhstan’s identity;
5) increasing transparency and accountability of the Government.
The Government has adopted a Plan titled “Modern State for All”,
which includes 100 concrete steps.
In January 2015, Kazakhstan signed a Country Program with
OECD in order to implement the advanced tools and standards of
public service that are applied in the most developed countries,
including Canada.
