A New Approach to Stress and Life Management This course can change your life. As many people in Western cultures suffer from too much stress, very few of us have been taught constructive ways to manage the demands of daily activities. Here’s your chance to change things! This seminar offers refreshing and innovative strategies to reduce, prevent, and manage your stress. We will examine self-limiting beliefs and patterns of thinking, and learn what our reactions to stress reveal about our inner lives. Through Eastern philosophies of introspection, you will learn to restore authenticity and peace of mind, to identify the true sources of stress, and how to re-program behavioral responses. Also, Toltec ancient wisdom in The Four Agreements and numerous methods for re-connecting with our natural environment will be studied. Suggested readings prior to class are: The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz and The Untethered Soul by Michael A. Singer.
