How would you improve the IN-PERSON training?

• ALLOWING THE TRAINEE TO ACT AS THE STUDENT AND PROVIDE TRAINING ON REGISTRATION AND ACTUAL LEVEL USE

• We had several problems with the network and the administration rights. The more information that can be loaded before the training, the better, Also, taking a fictitious student and completely running through a setup would be extremely helpful.

• I can't recall anything negative. It was over a year and a half ago.• I would like the in-person training come to the school to see the technology we use and be

able to talk to the technology and other staff members.• Being able to work through the program step by step• I would like an email about when and where this is available• More time is needed to spend explaining how to access reports, add and delete students .• I didn't receive in person training• Honestly it was several years ago and I do not recall what exactly went on.• The in- person training was great!• it was fine - no improvements needed• Being able to interact witht he trainer

Please provide feedback regarding the process around activating student accounts for Smart Futures' programs.

• I think it is adequate• Eventually we were able to activate students.• The only thing I would change is where the "new student" link is located on the homepage. It blends in with the other

information. It is a seemingly little thing, but when you have several students with visual impairments or other disabilities, it is not so readily seen.

• Was helped by coordinator• We had difficulty initially with large number of students activating. I don't quite understand why we need to generate

registration forms for students, when other software systems (e.g. Career Cruising) just allow student to sign on & create account.

• The 16 character key provided doesn't always work.• Wish there were a simpler way to get students logged in Several different staff use Smart Future programs...how can we find

each other's information quickly? The 16 digit codes even if they had just been created frequently did not work? Takes students too long to log in to this program.

• it's pretty efficient once you get the hang of it.• our transition coordinator takes care of this• We did not have a training• That was an easy process. I didn't have any problems activating accounts.• It is easy. I would like to be able change a student password as a teacher.• It is somewhat difficult. Is there any way it could be less complicated?• The process if very easy and accessible• I just get confused when it says that the codes have been used before I actually even use them (There is an x in the used

Which help/program support resource did you find most useful, and how can we better serve your needs in terms of

support?• The “need help” button and the orange question mark• Registration resource.• Need Help button - you replied quickly• Did not know they were available• I am just now connecting with our local Career Link personnel who are responsible for the awarding of Work Keys

certificates. I am hopeful that using Keys2Work to facilitate our students' acquisition of these certificates actually does occur. Any further suggestions as to making these connections would be greatly appreciated.

• Provide student with correct answer on items missed along with formula for math. Lower the price we may have to drop this program for the 2012-13 school year.

• Need to take time to use.• I'd really like to see a "student search" box which would enable you to input a student's name and be able to see his/her

information/progress.• did not know how to use• access via e-mail was useful for troubleshooting.• I can't say that i needed much more support• I haven't had the need for much support. However if I ever had a question, it was always answered via email.• To make it easier to view what the students have been doing online- their login time, scores on assessments, all in one place.• Registration, Career Clusters, and Career plans of Study• calling in to ask questions seems easiest, but I didn't need any support this year• Email• using the chat• I needed support, and they just stated that's a "key train" issue that they (smart futures) could not resolve. I was VERY

disappointed because I like the concept of keys2work. There were too many glitches that no one was able to help us with...I really would have purchased it again though. So unfortunate.
