Dear Candidate,

First of all, let me congratulate you for stepping up and making this bold decision to apply for OCP for the most awaited conference of the term in AIESEC in Morocco. Kick Off ’16 is the conference you do not want to miss, and being an OCP is a very constructive experience that will teach you a lot and help you develop in different areas. It is the most anticipated conference by all the entities, and that is why it requires highly motivated and innovative individuals to make this conference happen!

I am confident that you are going to bring out the best in you to fill this Application Form and an amazing journey will start when you become the OCP of Kick Off 2016.

Before filling in the application, I highly suggest you to read the Job Description and look out for everything you need to know about the position. If you have any question, do not hesitate to approach me directly.

Application Guidelines

• Application package should contain two files: - Questionnaire filly answered - Question N° 4 (from specific questions) in a separate file - Endorsement letter from someone who is leading you/has led you before.

• Applications are open to anyone who has an active role in AIESEC in Morocco. • All the questions must be answered in English and in a concise and clear way. • The files should be in PDF Format and the questionnaire not exceeding 6 pages,

cover included. • The zip file containing your application package should be named as follow:

Job Description

General Profile • Create and follow up the plan with the

help of the conference manager

• Have regular meetings with the OC team

• Find an appropriate venue for the conference and make reservations

• Keep the conference agenda on track

• Provide the needed logistics

• Evaluate the work of the team and make an outcome which can be useful for upcoming opportunities

• Coordinate the team’s work • Responsible for the whole conference • Allocate the tasks and resources • Follow up with the members
