Just off the Victoria Highway, not far from the town centre of Kununurra, Kimberleyland Holiday Park lies at the edge of Lily Creek Lagoon overlooking the spectacular Sleeping Buddha rock formation.
Stay and simply relax by the pool, in self contained cabins, large shady caravan or camping sites and explore the Kimberley. Go canoeing, boating, flying, fishing, abseiling and much more.

KIMBERLEYLAND HOLIDAY PARK GUIDELINES & RULES FOR YOUR VISITShould you wish to shorten your stay – please note we DO NOT REFUND unused days, except in bona fide emergencies.
Check out time10.00am. If you plan to extend your stay, please notify Reception the night prior to departure to avoid disappointment. Office hours are notified at Reception. Patrons wishing to depart before Opening hours should call the office on the previous day to arrange your refund of key deposit and key return.
Speed limit8KM throughout the Park. This is WALKING SPEED and is to be observed at ALL times. Offenders will be evicted
NoisePlease respect the privacy of all our guests staying in the Park.
Quiet Time9pm – 6am. Please phone 0408 922 810 if disturbed after this hour.
VisitorsNo Visitors after 9pm. Visitors' cars are not permitted in the Park. Visitors please use the Car Park.
THE “DO’S” OF HAPPY CAMPINGRopes are NOT permitted around trees at any time. No tarps on ground. Please use groundsheets that breathe. Trees are not to be used as clothes lines or for tying hammocks too. Clothes lines are provided at the laundries.
DO NOT clean fish anywhere in the Park Area. All fish you have caught should be cleaned and scraps disposed of at the point of capture.
All rubbish to be wrapped and sealed in plastic bags then placed in bins provided. NO FISH WASTE IN BINS. Do not empty OIL, FAT or TEA LEAVES into sinks or drains or into the rubbish bins unless wrapped.
7.30am – 8.30pm. Use is at patrons own risk. All children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult in the Pool area. NO GLASS OR BOTTLES allowed. NO SMOKING on the pool beam. Please read the Pool Rules located on the side of the pool pump shed and abide by them. Please respect the rights of other guests using the pool.
No maintenance on vehicles/caravans/trailers is to be carried out in the Park.
Children under 8 are to be supervised in the ablution blocks at all times. Cleaning times may vary – do not enter while cleaning in progress; please use alterative amenities blocks.
If using the fridges, items must be in a bag labelled with site number and name. All other food and cooking utensils must be kept on your site. Consider other guests and clean up all areas that you use. Ashtrays are provided; please don’t use the ground as a rubbish bin.
Sites must be maintained in a neat and tidy manner. All items to be contained within your tent or caravan. By all means please feel free to water the grass or wash your car & caravan on your site.
Generators are NOT PERMITTED to be used AT ANY TIME anywhere in the Park.
DUMP POINT is located at the intersection of Egret & Brolga Streets near the Boat Ramp. DO NOT empty toilet cassettes in any amenity blocks or sullage pits.
Vans are to be parked “tow ball facing out” on the left hand side of the site. Sites are to be kept NEAT and TIDY at all times. NO litter. NO food scraps. NO personal items to be left lying around sites. All gear stowed away.
Long term bookings/tenants are encouraged (and requested) to maintain their sites by watering the lawn, trimming the edges and borrowing a lawn mower to cut the grass. Leaves to be racked to assist our Groundsmen keeping the Park tidy.
Campers many be required to relocate tent sites for grass rehabilitation. The Managers will notify if or when this is required. Campers are advised that a maximum two-week stay applies unless otherwise agreed by Management.
Visitors are to leave their vehicles, including motor bikes, outside the park. Visitors are not to use the shower or laundry facilities without permission from Management. Patrons who wish to have visitors stay overnight must seek permission and register their guests prior to staying. Patrons wil be held responsible at all times for the behaviour of their visitors.
Free BBQ’s are provided. Open fires and generators are not permitted in the Park. On powered sites, all electric leads must be in good working order and hooked up off the ground.
Patrons are advised that obscene language, acting in an offensive manner or making excessive noise will not be tolerated. Patrons are also reminded that the consumption of alcohol is limited to sites only. Please do not walk around the Park drinking.
Report any faulty equipment, acts of vandalism, and unseemly or suspicious behaviour to the office as soon as possible.
Anyone caught defacing Park property or committing vandalism in the Park will be prosecuted and tenancy terminated immediately.
Patrons/guests that plan to run a business of any kind from within the Park, MUST disclose this to Park Managers for approval.
