1. Arrival time for cabins is strictly 2pm and sites strictly 10am unless prior arrangements are made. All patrons must first check in at the office on arrival. Check out time is strictly 10am and a fee is charged for late check outs. 2. Cabins and sites are to be left in a clean and tidy manner as they were found. Additional fees will be charged for any undue cleaning/repairs. 3. All cabins must be confirmed with a one nights deposit within 7 days of the booking date. All Christmas bookings must have a $50 deposit per site and $100 deposit per cabin paid by the 31st of January. All Christmas bookings must be paid in full by September 1st. All Easter deposits of $50 per site and $100 per cabin are due by the 30th of April and balance in full by the 1st of February. Any payments not made by these dates will be cancelled and no refunds given. The client is responsible for fulfilling their booking conditions and Management will not enter into any correspondence. 4. Cancellations - Off Peak: $20 cancellation fee on cabins and sites. Any cancellations made within 14 days of arrival date will only be given refunds if cabin can be rebooked (minus the $20 fee). Peak: no refunds are made inside 30 days unless cabin or site is rebooked. $20 cancellation fee even if cabin or site is rebooked and/or fees equivalent to each day of lost income on original days booked (minus $20 - cleaning fees also apply if cabin rebooking does not cover original booking period). 5. Due to OHSW we do not allow any more than 6 people per cabin and 4 adults per powered site. Any extras staying in your cabin/site must report to the office and pay on arrival or a fee Winery Golf Club YARRAWONGA HOLIDAY PARK Area Map Park Rules & Regulations will be charged against the person under whom the booking has been made. 6. Parents are responsible for their children's behavior and should be supervised by an adult at all times, especially in toilets and play areas. 7. The Park roads are public roads however they are shared zones. Bikes must not be ridden at night without a light and helmets must be worn at all times. 8. The speed limit in the park is strictly 10kmh (walking pace). 9. BBQ's and toilets are to be left clean and tidy ready for the next person to use. Please do not leave your mess behind you. 10. All music and undue noise is to cease by 10pm. Foul language, abusive and threatening behavior or assault will not be tolerated under any circumstances and will lead to instant eviction. 11. No pets are allowed on any E Block site or during any Christmas and Easter period under any circumstances. 12. No tents on E-Block sites 1-30. 13. Please make yourself familiar with our Emergency Evacuation areas in the park. These are marked by large red signs and are located near all amenities blocks and across from the office. 14. Fires: fires are only permitted in accordance with CFA guidelines. No personal fire buckets/wood is to be used - they are only to be hired via the office (in support of Junior Football development). C, D & E-Block sites plus cabins are NOT permitted to have fires.

Luxury Riverview CabinsOverlooking the river and in close proximity to the boat ramp, these spacious cabins contain 2 carpeted bedrooms. The master bedroom contains a Queen size bed with all bedding provided, wardrobe, remote colour TV, clock radio and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has four generous single bunks with bedding provided and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower, vanity unit and toilet. The kitchen is appointed with a full size fridge, convection microwave, a 4 burner gas cook top, toaster, kettle, all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, detergent, sponges tea towels and cooking utensils. The lounge area has a ceiling fan, split system air-conditioner/heater, remote colour TV and DVD player, L-shaped sofa and dining setting. The cabin has a large deck with ceiling fan and outdoor setting for your comfort and relaxation. A communal shade sail area with BBQ and table setting is located in front of the cabins and offers fabulous river views.

Deluxe CabinsThese cabins contain a master bedroom with a Queen size bed with all bedding provided, wardrobe and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has four generous single bunks and a wardrobe. The bathroom contains a shower, vanity unit and toilet. The kitchen is appointed with a 4 burner cook top, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, all cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, detergent, sponges tea towels and cooking utensils. The lounge area has a dining setting, colour TV and DVD player and a 2 seater sofa. The cabin has a split system air-conditioner/heater in the living area.

Standard CabinsThese cabins contain a Queen size bed and a set of 3 bunk beds. The kitchen contains a small stove/grill oven, bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster, all crockery, cutlery, pots and pans, detergent, sponges, tea towels and cooking utensils. There are no bathroom facilities therefore patrons are required to use the nearby amenities block.

BeddingPatrons are required to BYO all bedding. Bedding can be hired from the office. Hired bedding includes sheets, quilt and/or blanket, pillows and towels.

NB: The Queen beds in the Luxury Riverview cabins and the Deluxe cabins are already made up.

All cabins require a deposit of one night’s accommodation. All peak period cabin bookings require full payment prior to arrival. Minimum booking periods and conditions apply

to all Christmas and Easter bookings.

PARK LAYOUTIn the event of an emergency please follow these procedures as carefully and as quickly as possible, but please consider your safety at all times:1. Assist people in immediate danger if safe to

do so.2. Alert management or staff - Raise the alarm3. Secure all valuables and close all doors and

windows.4. Turn off all power and gas to your sites and

all appliances in cabins.5. Extinguish fire if safe to do so - all cabins

have fire extinguishers and blankets located in the kitchen. Extinguishers are also located outside of all amenities blocks.

6. Gather your loved ones and proceed to your designated assembly area as per the front of your receipt. These assembly areas are scattered throughout the park and are marked by large red signs. Please make yourself familiar with them.

7. Remain in the assembly area until directed by park staff or State Emergency Staff.

8. Do not attempt to move your caravan or any vehicles.
