Partition wall system

Flexible system for warehouses and factories.

The KIND Partition Wall System offers maximum function-

ality and is designed to be used in production facilities,

warehouses, distribution centres and factories. The 5 mm

thick wire grid partitions are designed to provide maximum

strength.

The complete system includes hinged and sliding doors,

supports and partitions, providing many design options.

The partitions can feature solid or perforated panelling as

required.

Universal Accessories

The KIND Partition Wall System is unique in that in addition to

providing the partitioning required, it also enables the simple

creation of additional storage, work stations, packing stations

and so on. Specially developed shelves, work tables, lighting

and panelling are just some of the accessories available.

Accessories can be fi tted in most cases without the need

for tools. Each section has a load capacity of 100 kg.

Solid panels can be used to screen areas from general view

and perforated panels can be used in conjunction with a

broad range of hooks and accessories for additional tool

and equipment storage.

Partition wall system - Details and accessories

Perforated rear wall for supporting hook systems and practical storage containers.

Lamella shelves can be selected in depths of 214, 321 and 428mm. Incline can be adjusted between +10 ° and -16 ° and the shelf height can be adjusted at 42mm increments.

Worktables in beech Multiplex or Mela-mine resin coat are supplied with all brackets and supports required for fi tting. Height is adjustable in 42mm increments and worktables are available in all system widths of 625, 1000 and 1250 mm.

For holding storage bins with slot-in edge. Can be used for all common makes in various sizes and designs.

Heavy gauge hollow section tube 30 x 60 x 2320mm slotted on all sides at 42mm incre-ments to accept a broad range of fi ttings and accessories. Top and bottom rails enhance stability and ease assembly.

The base feet are simply secured to the fl oor with anchor bolts. A height adjuster provi-ding up to 28mm of levelling adjustment is pre-fi tted to the base of the wall post. Where cantilever attachments are used a 400mm long foot element is required.

Special plastic connectors secure the mesh grid to the wall post. The unique design allows any angle up to 90 ° to be achieved. The heavy duty mesh grid is manufactured in 5mm wire. The mesh size is 50 x 42mm. The system is available in widths of 625, 1000 and 1250 mm.
