FISSAGGIO DEL TERMOSTATO FUMI- Posizionare il termostato fumi (F) nella sede sul convogliatore e
fissarlo con la molletta (G)- Far passare i fili del termostato lateralmente al sifone condensa- Connettere un faston del cablaggio combustione sul termostato
limite acqua (fig. 6)- Connettere l’altro faston del cablaggio combustione al faston
maschio del termostato fumi (fig. 7)- Connettere il faston femmina del termostato fumi al termostato
limite acqua (fig. 8)- Fissare il cablaggio del termostato fumi all’interno del passacavo
metallico posto sul fianco cassa aria (fig. 12).

HEAT EXCHANGER REPLACEMENT KIT
These instructions are an integral part of the instruction manual forthe equipment on which the kit is installed. See this manual for theBASIC SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS.
Before doing anything else, disconnect the electricity supplyto the equipment.This accessory is only to be installed by professionally qualifiedpersonnel.
Depending on the configuration of the boiler, proceed as follows:
A) COMBINED AND HEATING ONLY BOILERS – HEATEXCHANGER WITH CASING MARKED WITH GREEN STRIPE(Fig 2):
- Replace the heat exchanger with that contained in the kit (A).
B) COMBINED AND HEATING ONLY BOILERS – HEATEXCHANGER WITH CASING WITHOUT GREEN STRIPE:
CASE 1 – BOILER WITH SMOKE THERMOSTAT (Fig 3)- Replace the heat exchanger with the one contained in the kit (A).- Replace the gasket (I-fig. 3a) between the fan and the gas duct,
with the diaphragm (B) included in the kit.
CASE 2 – BOILER WITH BURNER THERMOSTAT AND SEATINGON THE SMOKE DISCHARGE DUCT (Fig 4)- Replace the heat exchanger with the one in the kit (A).- Replace the gasket (I-fig. 3a) between the fan and the gas duct
with the diaphragm (B) included in the kit.- Eliminate the burner thermostat and related cable with two Faston
connectors (Fig 4a).- Fit the smoke thermostat (F) (see the “Smoke thermostat fixing”
chapter).
CASE 3 – BOILER WITH BURNER THERMOSTAT BUT WITHOUTA SEATING ON THE SMOKE DISCHARGE DUCT (Fig 5).- Replace the heat exchanger with the one in the kit (A)- Replace the gasket (I-fig. 3a) between the fan and the gas duct
with the diaphragm (B) included in the kit.- Replace the duct (C1) using the specific gaskets (D-E).- Eliminate the burner thermostat and related cable with two faston
connectors (Fig 4a).- Fit the smoke thermostat (F) (see the “Smoke thermostat fixing”
chapter).
Fitting the smoke thermostat is obligatory – the manufacturerdoes not accept any responsibility in case of damage causedby failure to fit the smoke thermostat.In cases 2 and 3: If necessary, use a cutter to cut the end of theduct pipette (L-fig. 5a) to connect the degassing hose fitted onthe delivery ramp.
For all configurations: Having completed the replacementoperations, set the gas valve as indicated in the boiler’sinstruction manual.
FIXING THE SMOKE THERMOSTAT- Position the smoke thermostat (F) in the seating in the duct, and
fix it using the clip (G).- Fix the smoke thermostat wiring into the spring clip on the left of
the bottom of the air box (Fig 9).- Pass the thermostat wires behind the condensate siphon.- Connect the combustion wiring Faston connector to the water
- Connect the other combustion wiring Faston connector to thesmoke thermostat male Faston connector (Fig 7).
- Connect the female Faston connector for the smoke thermostatto the water limit thermostat (Fig 8).
- Fix the smoke thermostat wiring inside the cable gland on thedelivery ramp.
C) BOILER WITH INTEGRATED WATER HEATER – HEATEXCHANGER WITH CASING WITH GREEN STRIPE (Fig 2):
- Replace the heat exchanger with the one included in the kit (A).
D) BOILER WITH INTEGRATED WATER HEATER – HEATEXCHANGER WITH CASING WITHOUT GREEN STRIPE:
CASE 1 – BOILER WITH SMOKE THERMOSTAT AND SEATINGIN THE SMOKE DISCHARGE DUCT (Fig 10)- Replace the heat exchanger with the one contained in the kit (A).- Replace the gasket (I-fig. 3a) between the fan and the gas duct,
with the diaphragm (B) included in the kit.- Eliminate the burner thermostat and related cable with two Faston
connectors (Fig 4a).- Fit the smoke thermostat (F) (see the “Smoke thermostat fixing”
chapter).

connectors (Fig 4a).- Fit the smoke thermostat (F) (see the “Smoke thermostat fixing”
chapter).

the side of the air box (Fig 12).

CAS N°2 – CHAUDIÈRE POSSÉDANT UN THERMOSTATBRÛLEUR ET UN LOGEMENT SUR LE CONVOYEUR POURL’ÉVACUATION FUMÉES (fig.4)- Remplacer l’échangeur par le nouveau fourni avec le kit (A)- Remplacer le joint (I-fig. 3a) situé entre le ventilateur et le

CAS N°3 – CHAUDIÈRE POSSÉDANT UN THERMOSTATBRÛLEUR MAIS SANS LOGEMENT SUR LE CONVOYEURPOUR L’ÉVACUATION FUMÉES (fig.5)- Remplacer l’échangeur par le nouveau fourni avec le kit (A)- Remplacer le joint (I-fig. 3a) situé entre le ventilateur et le
convoyeur air gaz par le diaphragme (B) fourni avec le kit- Remplacer le convoyeur (C1) à l’aide des joints prévus à cet
effet (D-E)- Enlever le thermostat brûleur et son câble à deux cosses faston
(fig. 4a)- Monter le thermostat fumées (F) (voir chapitre “ Fixation du
thermostat fumées ”)
Il est obligatoire de monter le thermostat fumées : le fabricantdécline toute responsabilité concernant les dommages quirésultent du non-respect de cette obligation.Dans les cas N°2 et N°3 : si cela est nécessaire, couper aucutter l’extrémité de la pipette du convoyeur (L-fig. 5a) afin deconnecter le tuyau du dégazeur monté sur la rampe derefoulement.
Pour toutes les configurations : une fois les opérations deremplacement terminées, régler la vanne gaz à l’aide dumode d’emploi de la chaudière.
FIXATION DU THERMOSTAT FUMÉES- Placer le thermostat fumées (F) dans son logement situé sur le
convoyeur et le fixer à l’aide du clip de fixation (G)- Fixer le câblage du thermostat fumées à l’aide du clip de fixation
situé sur le côté gauche du fond du caisson d’air (fig. 9)- Faire passer les fils du thermostat derrière le siphon pour
écoulement des condensats- Relier une cosse faston du câblage combustion au thermostat
limite d’eau (fig. 6)- Relier l’autre cosse faston du câblage combustion à la cosse
faston mâle du thermostat fumées (fig. 7)- Relier la cosse faston femelle du thermostat fumées au thermostat
limite d’eau (fig. 8)- Fixer le câblage du thermostat fumées sur la rampe de
refoulement à l’aide du serre-câble
C) CHAUDIÈRES AVEC BOUILLEUR INTÉGRÉ –ÉCHANGEUR AVEC ENVELOPPE MUNIE D’UNE BANDEVERTE (fig. 2) :
- Remplacer l’échangeur par le nouveau fourni avec le kit (A)
D) CHAUDIÈRES AVEC BOUILLEUR INTÉGRÉ –ÉCHANGEUR AVEC ENVELOPPE SANS BANDE VERTE :

faston mâle du thermostat fumées (fig. 7)- Relier la cosse faston femelle du thermostat fumées au thermostat
limite d’eau (fig. 8)- Fixer le câblage du thermostat fumées à l’aide du serre-câble
métallique situé sur le côté du caisson d’air (fig. 12).

Teniendo en cuenta la configuración de la caldera, hay que operarde la siguiente forma:

- Sustituir el cambiador con el presente en el kit (A)

CASO 1 - CALDERA CON TERMOSTATO HUMOS (fig. 3)- Sustituir el cambiador con el presente en el kit (A)- Sustituir la guarnición (I-fig. 3a) entre el ventilador y el
transportador de aire gas con el diafragma (B) presente en el kit
CASO 2 - CALDERA CON TERMOSTATO DEL QUEMADOR YCON SEDE EN EL TRANSPORTADOR DE EVACUACIONHUMOS (fig. 4)- Sustituir el cambiador con el presente en el kit (A)- Sustituir la guarnición (I-fig. 3a) entre el ventilador y el
transportador de aire gas con el diafragma (B) presente en el kit- Eliminar el termostato del quemador y el relativo cable con dos

Es obligatorio montar el termostato de humos: el constructordeclina cualquier responsabilidad en el caso de dañoscausados por la falta de aplicación del termostato de humos.En los casos 2 y 3: si fuese necesario hay que cortar conuna cortadora la extremidad de la pipeta del transportador(L-fig. 5a) para conectar el tubo del extractor de gases montadoen la rampa de alimentación.
Para todas las configuraciones: una vez terminadas lasoperaciones de sustitución, hay que efectuar la regulaciónde la válvula del gas haciendo referencia al manual deinstrucciones de la caldera.
FIJACION DEL TERMOSTATO HUMOS- Colocar el termostato de humos (F) en la sede del transportador
y fijarlo con la horquilla (G)
E - Fijar el cableado del termostato de humos en la horquilla situadaen el lado izquierdo del fondo de la caja del aire (fig. 9)
- Hacer pasar los hilos del termostato detrás del sifón decondensación
- Conectar un terminal faston del cableado de combustión en eltermostato límite de agua (fig. 6)
- Conectar el otro terminal faston del cableado de la combustiónal terminal faston macho del termostato de humos (fig. 7)
- Conectar el terminal faston hembra del termostato de humos altermostato límite de agua (fig. 8)
- Fijar el cableado del termostato de humos dentro del pasacablesen la rampa de alimentación.

Desligar o aparelho antes de efectuar quaisquer operações.Este acessório deve ser instalado somente por pessoalprofessionalmente qualificado.

Conforme a configuração da caldeira proceder como abaixoindicato:

apropriadas (D-E)- Eliminar o termóstato queimador e o relativo cabo a dois faston
(fig. 4a)- Montar o termóstato fumos (F) (ver capítulo “Fixação do
termóstato fumos”)
É obrigatório montar o termóstato fumos: o fabricante não éresponsável por eventuais estragos devido à não instalaçãodo termóstato fumos.Nos casos 2 e 3: se necessário, cortar com um cutter aextremidade da pipeta do condutor (L-fig. 5a) para ligar otubo do desgaseificador colocado na rampa de saída.
Para todas as configurações: terminadas as operações desubstituição efectuar a regulação da válvula de gásconsultando o folheto de instruções da caldeira.
FIXAÇÃO DO TERMÓSTATO FUMOS- Instalar o termóstato fumos (F) posicionando-o sobre o condutor
e fixá-lo com a braçadeira (G)- Fixar o conjunto de cabos do termóstato fumos na braçadeira
situada no lado esquerdo do fundo da caixa de ar (fig. 9)- Enfiar os fios do termóstato atrás do sifão de condensação
- Ligar um faston do circuito eléctrico da combustão no termóstatolimite água (fig. 6)
- Ligar o outro faston do circuito eléctrico da combustão ao fastonterminal masculino do termóstato fumos (fig. 7)
- Ligar o faston terminal fêmea do termóstato fumos ao termóstatolimite água (fig. 8)
- Fixar o conjunto de cabos do termóstato fumos dentro do calçona rampa de saída.
C) CALDEIRAS COM AQUECEDOR INTEGRADO –INTERCAMBIADOR COM ARMAÇÃO COM TIRA VERDE (fig.2):
- Substituir o intercambiador com aquele presente no kit (A)
D) CALDEIRAS COM AQUECEDOR INTEGRADO –INTERCAMBIADOR COM ARMAÇÃO SEM TIRA VERDE:

metálico colocado ao lado da caixa de ar (fig. 12).

- Tauscher durch den im Satz befindlichen austauschen (A)
B) KOMBINIERTE BOILER UND NUR HEIZUNG – TAUSCHERMIT HÜLLE OHNE GRÜNEN STREIFEN :
FALL 1 – BOILER MIT RAUCHTHERMOSTAT (Abb. 3)- Tauscher durch den im Satz befindlichen austauschen (A)- Die Dichtung (l - Abb.3a) zwischen Ventilator und Luft-
Gasfördervorrichtung durch die im Satz befindliche Membran(B) ersetzen.

Gasfördervorrichtung durch die im Satz befindliche Membran(B) ersetzen.
- Fördervorrichtung (C1) ersetzen, hierzu die beiden spezifischenDichtungen (D-E) benutzen
- Brennerthermostat und die entsprechende Litze von den beidenFlachbandkabeln entfernen (Abb. 4a)
Achtung: Es ist Pflicht, das Rauchthermostat anzubringen:Bei Schäden, die durch die mangelnde Anbringung desRauchthermostats verursacht wurden, lehnt der Herstellerjegliche Haftung ab.Fall 2 und 3: Falls erforderlich, mit einem Cutter das Endstückder Pipette der Fördervorrichtung (L - Abb. 5a) abschneiden,um das an der Förderrampe montierte Entgaserröhrchenanzuschließen.
Für alle Konfigurationen: Nach Beendigung derAustauschvorgänge die Einstellung des Gasventilsvornehmen und sich hierzu auf das Anweisungsheft desBoilers beziehen.
BEFESTIGUNG DES RAUCHTHERMOSTATS- Rauchthermostat (F) am Sitz an der Fördervorrichtung
positionieren und mit der Feder (G) befestigen
D - Verdrahtung des Rauchthermostats in der auf der linken Seitedes Luftgehäusebodens vorhandenen Feder befestigen (Abb. 9)
- Die Drähte des Thermostats hinter dem Kondenswassersiphondurchführen
- Ein Flachbandkabel der Verbrennungsverdrahtung amWassergrenzthermostat (Abb. 6) anschließen
- Das andere Flachbandkabel der Verbrennungsverdrahtung ameinzusteckenden Flachbandkabel des Rauchthermostats (Abb.7) anschließen
- Das aufnehmende Flachbandkabel des Rauchthermostats amWassergrenzthermostat (Abb.8) anschließen
- Die Verdrahtung des Rauchthermostats innerhalb desKabeldurchgangs an der Förderrampe befestigen.
C) BOILER MIT INTEGRIERTEM KESSEL – TAUSCHER MITHÜLLE MIT GRÜNEM STREIFEN (Abb. 2):
- Tauscher durch den im Satz befindlichen austauschen (A)
