20.06.08 Issue 25 ENTERPRIZE WEEKLY BULLETIN

A spectacular event deserves no less than a spectacular opening – and thatcame in the guise of Poi Passion. This awe-inspiring fire act twirled, juggled and danced its way across the stage with such skill and agility, butbefore we got carried away, Patrick Jolly reminded us not to trythis at home!

Their sensational performance culminated when Craig White, Distributor ofthe Year, took to the stage to light the torch signalling that the start of thesecond year of the Kleeneze Games was about to begin!

Patrick Jolly, Chairman of Kleeneze, tookto the stage as the first speaker of theday. However, it was in his role as ChiefExecutive of Findel that he opened theConference.

“I want to talk very briefly about Findeltoday and update you on the Group,”he started. “Findel had record sales inour last financial year. Our profits in that

year were higher than ever before. Kleeneze beat its budgeted profitand on behalf of the Findel Board, I’d like to congratulate everyoneinvolved in the business, both distributors and all at Head Office. Thefinancial institutions in the city expect Findel to produce even moreprofit this year, and Kleeneze is a key part of that.”

“When I spoke about the ‘credit crunch’ back in January, there mayhave been people here who hadn’t heard much about it,” theChairman continued. “Well I’m sure that’s not the case now. There’sno doubt that we’re in a severe economic downturn.

“As I said in January: ‘after 10 years of economic growth in the UKand most of Western Europe, 2008 really will be the year whenmore people than ever before need an extra income.’ I also said that“Kleeneze isn’t just an extra income – it’s about building your ownbusiness and creating your own longer-term financial security.” Thatsense of long term financial security is the particular focus of ourJune Conferences”

And the stories that followed throughout the day were simplytestimony to how Kleeneze isn’t just that extra income. It’s so much more.

OUR FOCUS ISLOOKINGFORWARDManaging Director, Jamie Stewart, tookto the stage to review all theachievements of the last 12 months, butmore importantly to look forward to thesuccesses of the future!

“Today of all days, our focus is onlooking forward. Looking at what we want to achieve by the time

that the Olympic Games comes to London in 2012,” the MDopened. “Today marks the start of that second year ofour marathon.

“Just as building work has started on the Olympic Village in London,we’re busy working on the building blocks of Kleeneze. I hope thatyou’re as pleased as I am with the news that from 1 July, Kleenezewill have online registration. No more forms or photographs to getlost in the post…. you can now have same-day set-up!”

The Conference audience was then treated to a whole host of thelatest news, from the launch of our new Retailing and SponsoringDVD to some brilliant news for new starters.

“We’re continuing to work on the support that we can give both toexisting and new distributors,” he continued. “We’ll continue tomake welcome calls to see that new joiners have everything theyneed to get off the starting blocks.

“That service is already producing exciting results. We looked at asample of 200 new Distributors and the results showed that 25%more Distributors stayed with Kleeneze when they received awelcome call - and their sales were higher too.

We’ve also trialled an addition to the Welcome Pack by including acopy of Jim Rohn’s CD ‘Building Your Network Marketing Business’.This has also shown a significant increase in sales and retention too.As a result, every Welcome Pack will contain a copy of this CD fromMonday 16th June.”*

Jamie then ended his opening speech with an event that has neverbeen witnessed on the Kleeneze stage or indeed in any other arenaas far as we know.

Last month, the Direct Selling Associationrecognised Michael Khatkar’s dedication to theKleeneze Network for his outstanding supportand commitment to Kleeneze’s Distributors byawarding him the DSA Support Award. Now itwas time to get the man himself up on stage toa standing ovation. Rendering him speechless!

Yes, see what you miss when you don’t come tothe Kleeneze Conference. Michael Khatkar without a single thing tosay. If that’s not a milestone in Kleeneze’s 85 years of history, wedon’t know what is!

Blaze of glory forConference opening

TONY BRIFFA

Once we’d all oooeed and aaahhheeed inamazement at how much weight TonyBriffa has lost (goes to show howdetermined our Distributors are!), it wasdown to business.

If you wanted to know the best way tosponsor people into your business, listeningto the King of Warm Market was a very

good place to start. He took us through all the key points – how tomake your contact list, what not to do (pre-judge) and what to sayonce you do speak to them (I’ve just started my own business, it’sgoing very well!)

NICOLE CHECKLEY “Last year was very hard, but we did notquit. I feel we have been given new visionand are now really focused on the business.Along the way people have often askedhow we have coped and I truly feel that itis because of all the self help books, meetings and positive people in Kleeneze,so I would like to thank you all for thisamazing opportunity.”

RICHARD HOWE “Apparently there are 179,000 singlefathers in the UK many of whom havegiven up their ‘normal’ job in order tosupport their children and this often leadsto financial hardship. As I said I didn’t haveto make a choice between being with mychildren or earning a living.

My family provides me with the real reasonwhy I do Kleeneze and they definitely keep

me moving towards the goals we have for our life.”

TSAHAI ELLINGTON“Our sights are set on Club Med 2; ourplans are in place, period on period we areway up on the corresponding one of lastyear, we are working with our team to helpthem reach Gold and we will be on thatyacht. I have told all my family and friendsin the Caribbean, that I am coming homewith some friends next March and they areorganising the party of all parties!

My mum needs to know who’ll be coming. So can I ask you toshout out “ME” after three if you’re going for it!”

JAY SINGH

Who said supporting your business to growhad to be a boring task? In Jay Singh’smind it’s all about your attitude. Onceyou’ve harnessed the excitement about thebusiness, it’s quite simply a matter ofspreading the word!

Using the will/skill matrix, he showed howanyone can be keyed up to pursue theirdreams. Taking that inspiration and support from books, CDs, localmeetings, NIA Conferences, sizzles and recognition – you can goon to build your business up to where you want it to be.

JEAN DAY

Did you join Kleeneze to go on overseasConferences? Or did you join Kleeneze toearn more money? Well, with this fantasticbusiness, you can have both! Thisaccording to Jean Day – who does haveboth!

Jean’s great story showed how if her andher husband Mike could go from

redundancy in their late fifties with no pension and a bleak futureahead to riches and rewards galore – we all can! It’s all in themind. Take one step at a time to create your plan, put it intoaction and inspire your team to join you.

MIKE BIBBY

Did anyone actually realise how long 20seconds is until Mike Bibby stood on theNIA stage saying nothing for that duration?Makes you think twice about saying “Ihaven’t got time to do this” doesn’t it?!

In a completely jovial speech, Mike talkedus through how ‘wasting time’ is notalways a bad thing and how to waste timeon the right things.

“Time is the only equal resource we all have, no matter who youare or where you come from.” Time doesn’t fly by and it doesn’tstand still, so it’s just a matter of making the most of that time. Soget out there and start enjoying it!

LIGHTS AND SPEECHES FROM THE DAY

gle with like-minded members of the Network. However, most importantly, it’s about making your business the best it can be.ask some of the most successful people in the Network to get up on that NIA stage and tell us exactly how they did it.

Before Conference, you may have been asking yourself – what can an Olympic coach teach meabout my Kleeneze business? Frank Dick will have certainly dispelled this question by the end ofhis training!

Speaking about attitudes, planning, the winning difference, responsibility for your ownachievements and the achievements of others and reaching your goals, the NIA crowd were

easily won over by this coaching legend.

If you missed it, don’t worry. You can order Frank’s book and pick up allhis vital tips for achieving success on code 09270, £9.99/€14.99.

“All credit to Kleeneze for introducing external speakers to the alreadysuperb Conferences - not only do we get training from experiencedDistributors and inspiring testimonials from newer ones but we getfabulous speakers we would otherwise have to travel (and pay far more)to hear.

Dr. Frank Dick was one of the best I have ever heard and well worth five-times the price of the ticket just to hear him speak. His speech wasinspirational; we took loads of notes and

went straight out to buy his book, Winning. He obviouslypractices what he preaches too - even his parting words ashe left the stage showed it, which reminded me of thisexcellent coaching tip I read some time back:

‘I have learned how to hold a team together. There arealways just three things I say. If anything goes bad, I did it. Ifanything goes semi-good, we did it. If anything goes realgood, you did it. That’s all it takes to get people to win.’(Bear Bryant, record breaking US football coach.)

Thanks to you all at Kleeneze HQ for yet another greatConference - looking forward very much to 6 September!“

Dave and Susie HortonGold Senior Executive Distributors

“Guest speaker Frank Dick was worth travelling the distance from Jersey to Birmingham alone! The other speakers were brilliant as well. I really think the training from Conference will providea massive boost to my business in the coming months.”

“Thanks for a truly inspirational and wickedConference. I thought the speakers – well, theywere simply just awesome!!!

It’s great and everyone is on fire and ready toexplode!! WOW VIENNAhere we come!!

The Audio CD in Conferencepacks is a great idea and thecontent is the perfect followon from the Conference – Iam very impressed!

So now to break some morerecords... watch this space!”

Craig White, Distributor of the Year,Premier Executive Distributor

“We had a marvellous Conference. When we wentGold, it was amazing being part of recognition, butto see your own teammembers go up on stage tobe recognised for hittingGold is so much better! They were so excited.

We will now work evenharder to get more teammembers up on stage, andhopefully we will bespending our honeymoon onClub Med 2 in the Caribbean!”

Rita Weijn and Frank KamsteegSenior Distributors

“We are so lucky as a Network to have this eventorganised for us – where else could you get thisquality of training for only £10? The Networkspeakers were both inspirational and informativeand the testimonials were so powerful, particularlyto all those first time Conference attendees.

We have to say that we really enjoyed Frank DickOBE and got some great feedback from our teamon his presentation. On the day, he said ‘winning is

being better todaythan you wereyesterday.’ That is thestatement we shallhave etched in ourminds as we take ourKleeneze businessforward.

It was also awesometo see Michael Khatkar receiving the recognition heso deserves and amazing to see him speechless foronce!

Thank you Kleeneze for your Network support. Welook forward to the next Conference on 6September. Make sure that you clear your diary tomake it another memorable Kleeneze day!”

Fay and Andrew Roe,Bronze Executive Distributors

“We from Team Eureka would like to say wethought the conference was absolutely mega!

Thanks so much to everyone involved for putting insuch hard work, effort and fantastic commitmentto make it work!

For those who missedthe day - BIGMISTAKE!!!

Seeing Michaelrecognised for hisenormous support andcommitment was, forus, the highlight of the

day - he is a superstar!”

James and Heather O’Neil,Bronze Senior Executive Distributors

This Conference was one the Eagle Group had beenwaiting for. Why was this one special?

Well, we have had so much success within theteam and today they were going to be recognised.

We had Amanda & Leo Bruggencate and Gail &Darren Drew both going over as Gold and my mumand step dad, Jim & Chris Foster going over asSeniors.

The testimonials were also amazing - tales of gutsand determination that tugged at the emotions ofmany of our team.

Frank Dick OBE was inspiring. Here was a man fromanother field of expertise yet virtually everything hesaid from planning back to coaching skills werereminiscent of training that we have given or heardbefore within the Kleeneze arena.

All the speakers gave inspiration. Tony Briffa justencapsulated everything our team had been talkingabout recently and was topped off with MikeBibby’s comical laid back approach, yet with oneserious point - without ongoing prospects in yourpipeline, your business is going nowhere.

Then Vienna. This was a destination which justcemented the plans of many of our team into placeand also led to new starters to ask the question:could I go?

We ended the day with a great sizzle on the coachhome and can’t wait until September when we cando it all again. This time we have at least two tablesbooked for the Gala Dinner. Bring it on!

Andy and Sharon Bird Silver Executive Distributors

“Thanks for a great Conference! We loved thetestimonials the best (very touching and inspiring)and Mike Bibby was a scream, possibly a candidatefor the next Britain's Got Talent as a comedian! Thefire act was a great start to a fabulous day.

Also, the new books are brilliant. Love the newproducts and especially the refills for the Astonishrange. They will be winners for sure with thecustomers. We can't wait to hit the streets runningwith them.

After closely guarding the ‘Coventry’ destination, itwas ironic that it would be flashed up on screen fora split second before it was formally announced butas we were all on such a high by then, it just addedto the jovial atmosphere we were all enjoying.*

We know that a tremendous amount of hard workgoes into these Conferences and it is appreciated.

Gail, Stuart, Kira (McKibbin) and Andy(Thomas), Senior Executive Distributorsand Senior Distributor

“Thanks a million for a greatConference. The speakerswere fantastic; so, soinspirational, and Frank Dickgave me so much to workon, he had such great vision. Here's to all the Mountainpeople of the world!

Vienna is so beautiful andelegant; I have experienced it before. We will all be there!

First-timers were blown away by it, and soenthusiastic.

The Jim Rohn CD in kits is phenomenal what ahuge step forward. Also last but not least - allQualifiers will receive tickets to the 2012 Olympics -what a tool to run with!”

Jackie and Peter WhiteGold Premier Executive Distributors

“On one thing we do agree, Conferences just getbetter and better. We think it is because Kleeneze isnow mixing serious stuff with, fun, entertainmentand spectacular theatre in one big show. Theknock-on effect is that all the speakers are nowmore relaxed than they have ever been. So thequality of training and delivery is better than it hasever been.

You may think: ‘what’s all the fuss about, it’s only aConference?’

To that, our reply is:‘Oh no it’s not!’Because for usConference days arethe biggest and mostimportant ones in theyear. So much so, wehave never missed asingle one and neverwill. So we will see you all on Saturday 6September! Don’t be late”

Graham and Georgina LongBronze Senior Executive Distributors

“Dawn and I havenever missed aConference since theday we started, backin 1993. I’ve noddedoff in one or two(we’ll I’m an old gitnow), but I was on the

edge of my seat all the way through this one!

The content and the speakers, (especially the newerpeople) were all unbelievable.

A great day filled with fabulous information, incredible inspiration, but most of all undeniableconfirmation that we’re in the right place at theright time with the right company.

Thanks Kleeneze.”

“Another wonderful Conference. Lots of good newsfrom the company and a marvellous ovation forMichael Khatkar for his richly deserved award. Therewas some excellent training, but as always it was

the testimonials thatreally made it for us.Listening to NicoleCheckley tell us howshe had built herbusiness in the face ofso much personaladversity made us feelvery humble, but also

reinforced the message that we can all find 100reasons to fail at this business when all we reallyneed is to find one good reason to succeed.”

Kath and John CleaseBronze Executive Distributors

“It was fantastic. We weren’t expecting the fireshow! It started like an opening scene from Cirquede Soleil!

There were lots of great speakers – obviously FrankDick – but also a hilarious speech from Mike Bibbywho (and I mean this in a complimentary way) wasnot unlike the comedian Brian Connelly in hismannerisms. Veryentertaining.

It was great to meet some ofour team who we havepreviously just spoken to onConference telephone calls, and finally put facesto names.

We are really excited aboutVienna. It was good to see that Kleeneze has onceagain triumphed and offered an amazing incentiveto boost our business.

Natalie Pryslata,Silver Distributor and first-timeConference attendee

‘It would be easy after twelve years of Conferenceattendance to become complacent – however, wealways try to view the Conference through the eyesof new Distributors and guests.

Our nephew attended the Conference on Saturdaywith us as our guest along with many other guestswithin the team. Their response? 'Wow' 'Amazing' 'Ihad no idea that Kleeneze was like this’.

For us personally, Frank Dick was the highlight. Hecrystallised the powerof 'planningbackwards' and thepower of 'One'. Putsimply, if we all wentand sponsored onemore team member, who did what we do,our Network would

double in size tomorrow. How powerful is that? Thanks to everyone at Kleeneze for the investmentin our business and our future - we reallyappreciate it.”

Geoff and Fiona Webb,Silver Senior Executive Distributors

“Kleeneze Conferences just get better and better. The quality was superb. Fantastic training fromNetwork speakers as always and Frank Dick - whata great speaker - we must all climb our ownmountains to achieve our own personal goals.

The power of the testimonials are always awesome- not only do they inspire new team members, theyalso show guests that'Yes, we can do thistoo' (we joined thisfantastic opportunityafter attending asguests ourselves inJanuary 2005).

Entertainment - notonly did we have firejugglers, but also Mike Bibby singing on stage -what a day!”

”Bums on seats is what will grow your business’John Beesley once told me – so I did as I was toldand both guests, who knew nothing aboutKleeneze before, have decided to join our business. My first guest is already out on the streets earningher own money because we had prepared forpeople joining – by 10:30am on the Mondayfollowing the Conference we had twelve boxes ofCatalogues arrive by Amtrak. Just do it became justdid it.

Where were you?”

Once upon a time a very nice lady attended her firstWarrior Group meeting. She was quite shy andreally not very confident but when requested shefaced her fears and agreed to give a shorttestimony at her localmeeting. That was inJune 2007.

Just one year later inJune 2008 at the NIAKleeneze’s SummerSales Conference, thatsame special ladywowed the audiencewith the mostamazing, funny, heart-warming, confident, inspirational and fabuloustestimonial in the history of Kleeneze. Well DoneTsahai we are all so proud of you!

“Conference has always been a great day to boostthe network, but I must say, the last few have beenexceptional.

I think the quality of the guest speakers is amazing, and I’m sure it is money well invested by thecompany, getting these people along to speak tous. Frank Dick is an inspirational speaker, and I reallyenjoyed his presentation.

I also got some great tips from Tony Briffa and JaySingh, but for me the testimonials from RichardHowe and Tsahai Ellington, were simply fantastic!

The last word must go to the company. I felt PatrickJolly gave us the real feeling that the company isreally looking forward to making Kleeneze a biggerand better company in the future, and that they arebacking us in the network 100%!! Conference is all about boosting your business, so it stands to reason that we were going to be giving youoffers galore to save you some money! Here’s what Conference attendees saved on the day:

That’s a whopping £180.80/€271.20! Make sure you don’t miss out on anymore savings, by gettingyourself to the Christmas Conference on Saturday 6 September! Look out in EWB for more detailsover the coming weeks.

Our Health & Beauty Catalogue has only been out a mere six days, but already it’s causing a huge stir out inthe Network. Why? Well, Patsy Palmer of EastEnders fame is on the front cover of Health & Beauty with herself-tanning range – Palmer Cutler.

This is the first time Kleeneze has ever used a celebrity-endorsed product and it’sbecome a huge talking point. Plus it comes at an incredibly competitive price! It’ssimply going to “fly off the shelf”!

“After a fantastic Conference (and a fair bit of driving!), I was enjoying Sundaymorning reading the magazine supplement Celebs that comes with theSunday Mirror.

I could not believe it when I got to the centre-fold and began reading anarticle called The Perfect Fake Tan for your Skin. First choice for medium-toned skin was Palmer-Cutler Self-Tanning Milk.

I had to look through my new Catalogue to see if it was the same as thebrand new product just launched the day before at the Kleeneze Conference, and of course it was. Nothing but positive comments for the product - usedby celebrities such as Jenny Frost and Liberty Ross.

Not only that, but the article priced the Tanning-Milk at £28 - Kleeneze haveit at £15!

I think this just goes to show that our Catalogues and products are just getting better and better.”

Carley Deary, Silver Distributor

“When I was asked to try the new Palmer CutlerREALTAN range I was a bit sceptical, because Iusually think these things go orangey. However, Iwas delighted with the result, such a naturallooking colour.

What I find ideal about it is - it's a mousse whichapplies so easily and more importantly driesimmediately. So there is no wasting time waitingfor a cream to soak in, you can shower, apply yourmousse, dress for success, and get off to build yourbusiness. What more could we ask!”

Kleeneze set for Viennese whirl“It was the moment you WERE waiting for!” chuckled Michael Khatkarat the end of the day. Yes, the secret that we had all been keeping forthree months – the location of the Autumn Destination 2008 – hadbeen accidentally let out just moments before the last speaker.

However, did we let this tinsy, tiny gaffe quash our excitement aboutthe destination? Of course not! The NIA crowd cheered and clapped

as they heard that yourfirst step to theCaribbean comes inthe form of a trip tothe stunning capital ofAustria – Vienna!

Vienna is home tosome of the world’sgreatest composers, magnificent palaces, breathtakingcathedrals, operas

and apfelstrudel (to name just one of the gorgeous pastries thatoriginate here)!

With its worldwide reputation for music, you will experience awhirlwind of culture, art, history and fun and walk in the footsteps ofBeethoven, Brahms, Haydn, Schubert, Liszt, Klimt and even Freud! Youwill be visiting some of the most breathtaking architecture in Europefrom the majestic Hofburg Palace to the iconic Stephansdom.

As well as feasting on sumptuous Viennese pastries you will also spend

an evening in a traditional Austrian wine tavern (Heuriger). It’s afun-filled evening full of typical Viennese food, music and, of course, wine! Then see the sights from the top of the Riesenrad – Europe’sbiggest Ferris Wheel.
