The discount will be granted if we receive a total order of at least 10 test objects at the same time.

** The maintenance service includes the cleaning of measuring device, suitcase, probe, gas path, control of the measuring gas preparation, gas pump, sensors, the printer as well as the device adjustments if possible. Repairs are carried out immediately until €75 without consultation and additionally defective O2 sensors are automatically replaced at our favorable conditions from the online-shop www.kleinschmidtgmbh.com. If the repair release is exceeded, a written quotation is created.

*** Experience has shown that measuring instruments with automatic soot measurements usually cause significantly higher service costs due to their high gas flow from 1.6 to 2 l/min compared to measuring devices without automatic soot measurements with only approx. 0.5 to 1 l/min.

**** In contrast to the maintenance service with limited permission to repair, the maintenance service with quotation for repair does not include a €75 repair release. The coordination required withthe customer during repair affects the repair time, the total amount of work and also the service fee.
