We’ve definitely been using it to enhance

collaborative working, sharing the bulletin with

colleagues in the community. It has strengthened

the networking between our teams, as we can start

a new intervention while the patient is in the acute

setting, continue this into the community setting,

and as such facilitate greater consistency and carry

over of treatment.
