It was to have two straps sown on the shoulders made and sown on with the same materials asabove. This was so that the two onyx stones with the engraved names of the sons of Israel onthem. This is a shadow of the Lord Jesus whose full character is shown through the colours.The onyx stones represent the church that Jesus bears on his shoulders.

BREASTPLATE 9X9 inch square fabric

4x4 rows of stones to be set on it. 4 being the number of creation this shows that God is thecreator and this was set over the chest of the priest so that his heart was covered. This showsthat God’s love for us is so important that he sent His only begotten Son down to die for us.You can see this by the colours on the breastplate.

CHAINS FOR THE BREASTPLATEThese Gold chains went from the breastplate to the shoulder

straps and sown on with blue cord.

It was sown on by the blue cord this showed that Jesus could only accomplish the plan of God.

Christ. Pomegranates have medicinal properties, so in Christ we should be working in Him andsigns and wonders will surely follow. The bells show the effect of our ministries in the world.
