Since its establishment in 1962, KMA has been striving in the field of industrial training and management innovation. Through continuous research activities and overseas collabora-tion, we have provided the necessary know-how to countless Korean corporations.Today, our continuous efforts are directed to providing lifelong education to individuals as well. KMA and its employees have created a CSR fund by employees collecting 1% of their wages, an equal amount added by KMA, and adding 1% of all profits earned from Public Training pro-grams sales. The fund is used to support our neighbors in need.

KMA has been building libraries for underprivileged children with World Vision. Libraries have been built in Kunsan, Seongnam, East Sea, Incheon, Daegu, with the Taebaek Library ex-pected to be complete within 2016.
Every year, KMA delivers 20,000 pieces of briquettes to economically disad-vantaged neighborhoods.
KMA is supporting NGOs providing ar-tificial eye construction, shelters for the old and disabled, and foster homes.
KMA employees are volunteering as mentors for 'Dorim' Elementary School, participating in joint activities and pro-viding annual scholarship.
