NOTICE is hereby given that the 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited will be held on Thursday, 26th September, 2019 at 11.00 a.m. at the registered office of the Company situated at 317, Maker Chamber V, 21, Nariman Point, Mumbai - 400021.Notice is also hereby given that pursuant to Section 91 of the Companies Act, 2013, Rule 10 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 42 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Agreement) Regulations, 2015, the Register of Members and the Share Transfer Books of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 20th September, 2019 to Thursday, 26th September, 2019 (both days inclusive) for the purpose of the said Annual General Meeting of the Company.Members are hereby informed that in compliance with the provisions of Section 108 of the Companies Act, 2013, read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014 and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Agreement) Regulation, 2015, Kratos Energy & Infrastructure Limited is providing to the Members the facility to exercise their right to vote at the AGM by electronic means and the business may be transacted through remote e-voting services provided by National Securities Depository Limited (NSDL).
