Stay in the
seating plan
It makes learning names easier and
means everyone feels safe.
If you need to leave your
seat, raise your hand first and
get permission from the
teacher.
Raise your hand
before speaking
It is polite to take turns when
talking and means everyone can
be heard
Individual work = silent work
Group work =talk quietly.
Wear your
uniform properly
If we dress smart we will think smart!Ties to the top!
Shirt tucked in!
Blazers on!
Postcards home, praise, vivos,
prizes
Say ‘yes sir’ to the
register
By law, the teacher must check
every pupil is present
Names matter
Hand in
homework on
time
If it is handed in late, the teacher has
less time to mark your work and give
you praise.
Make sure your handwriting is
clear.
Hand in your homework the next
lesson
Work to the
best of your
ability
You can receive praise and rewards

Record the
learning
objectives eachlesson .
These tell us what the point of the lesson
is. They’re a good way of checking what
we’ve learned in the lesson too.
Ask yourself: what am I
learning today and why?
Has my learning been
successful?
Bring a pen,
pencil, ruler,
rubber and my
exercise book toevery lesson.
This makes learning easier.Always ask the teacher if you
need to borrow equipment

In pairs make a list of as many
places (sources) you can think
of that we can find out what
Christians believe about God.
Did you get any o f these?
Creeds, bible, teachings of the Church,
hymns, worship, objects, pictures,
statues, buildings, rites of passage …
Key words:
Monotheism = Belief in one God
Unity = God’s way of being one
Trinity = Belief that God is three in one

You will work in teams of two.
Person A: Research God’s unity and why
Christians believe there is only one God. (You
should aim to write three points about God’s unity
and four points about why Christians believe this)
Person B: Research what Christians believe about
the Trinity and why they believe this. (You should
aim to write three points about what Christians
believe about the Trinity and four points about why
they believe this)
Now share information. Teach your partner what
you have learned. Each person must have the
following in their book: God’s unity, why Christians
believe in one God, God as Trinity, why Christians
believe that God is Trinity.

It is the teaching of
the Church
The Trinity is seen in
the Bible in events
like Jesus’ birth.
It explains the
relationship
between the
Father,
Son,and
Spirit.
It’s a sacred
Mystery.It’s impossible to
believe that
one person is
also three people.
The Trinity is not clearly
Mentioned in the Bible.
It is disproved by
science.
