- Keep absolutely private all the information that comes to their knowledge  because of their privileged position in the

company, unless express authorization is given by the company.

Execute assigned functions independently and comply

strictly with the instructions given to the employee by the company, or by those

who represent the company, with respect to the

mission/vision of their activities.

Always prioritize the interests of the company.

Devote the entirety of their scheduled work time to the

execution of their job responsibilities.

Promptly and punctually attend meetings that the

company has been schedule.

Respect and seek to understand

customers, superiors and colleagues, in a

personal and professional way.

Maintain a spirit of loyalty, collaboration, and discipline with the company.

WORK DAYThe worker will have a regular work day of 8 hours with a lunch break of 60 minutes.

The following distribution: Monday to Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm. 

  Lunch break: 1 pm to 2pm.

MANAGER The manager will

function in an assistant role

helping the owner to accomplish all administrative

tasks.

The responsibilities of the manager consist

of, but are not limited to the following:

purchase of goods, payment to suppliers, and vendor schedule

compliance.

MAINTENANCEThe employee

must comply with the following

general maintenance of the

facilities.

SALESPERSON Must take good

 care of their personal

presentation.

Must take care of the maintenance of the

products that are for sale.

Must take care of customers

providing them with excellent

service.

Must not deliver

goods to customers

unless customer has paid.

Page 21: Labor standards

Must report to his immediate supervisor when product inventory has declined below an agreed upon restock level.
