Sealed proposals in duplicate shall be received in the manner and on the date herein specified for the furnishing of the specified labor, materials, supplies, tools, and/or services indicated for the Adair County Primary Center Preschool Addition – BG# 20-094, as set forth in these specifications and drawings prepared by alt32 Architecture / Design, Lexington, KY, available on Lynn Imaging’s Digital Planroom. Contractors shall submit their bids to the Adair County Board of Education, 1204 Greensburg St., Columbia, KY 42728, on or before 2 pm local time on Wednesday, August 5th, where they will be read publicly. A representative of each participating bidder shall be present at this bid opening. Late bids will be rejected. Each proposal shall be submitted on forms obtained from the specifications.
