• Leadership refers to ability of one which influence others
• Due to this influence change occur in the behavior of others
• And this change effect on the achievement of goals.

• Autocratic style• Democratic style• Free-rein style• Charismatic style• Servant style
Autocratic style• Under this style all decision power under the centralized in the leader as
like the Dictator Leader.• They do not give any kind of suggestions. It is successes if the leader is
competent. • It permits quick decision making. Every person keep their ideas himself
until he feel that the idea is needed.• High degree of dependency on the leader.
Democratic Style
• The democratic style favors decision making by the group.• They can win the cooperation of their group motivate them
effectively and positively. 1. Consultative: Get idea before decision making.2. Persuasive: Make decision and then ask about it
Free-rein style
• In free rein style leader dose not lead but leader give the fully freedom to others.
#it can be very useful in that business in which creative ideas are important
#it can highly motivational, as people have control working life. #it may be time consuming #it depend on good time work
Charismatic style
• In the charismatic leader leads by creating energy and eagerness into people. This type of leaders have authentic entity.
• They committed organization for long run. And they have more power and good status in organization.
Servant style
• This leader helps people achieve their goals. This leader is an instrument people use to reach the goal. Works for the people.
