THE PARENT MENTOR WILL OBTAIN INFORMATION ABOUT ORGANIZATIONS THAT OFFER SUPPORT FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES AND CREATE AN ORGANIZATIONS THAT OFFER SUPPORT FOR PARENTS OF STUDENTS WITH DISABILITIES PACKAGE SO THAT THE PARENT CAN REQUEST INFORMATION ON AT LEAST TWO ORGANIZATIONS ONCE PER GRADING PERIOD. THE PARENT MENTOR
WILL COLLABORATE WITH [INSERT COLLABORATIVE PARTNER HERE] TO CREATE “THE IDEA PARENT SURVEY TOOLKIT” WALKTHTOUGH DEMONSTRATION.
