Leadership Staffing Model (LSM) maximizes results and minimizes uncertainty

Diversity training is great, but practice is best

Inherent strength and value in a diverse workforce

Develop leadership internally through a diverse workforce

Importance is evident in all aspects from one on one to group meetings

Know how it will affect staff and inform them
