• During the course of the year, Parents/Guardiansare urged not to take your child/children outduring school days or curricular hours(between 8 am to 2 pm) for private matters.

• Taking your child/children out of school duringterm time or curricular hours disrupts learningand may result in your child/children havingdifficulty following up with lesson proper whenhe/she/they return(s) to school.

TAKING YOUR CHILD OUT OF SCHOOL DURING TERM TIME

• Parents and Guardians will be directed to speakwith School Leaders to seek permission totake their children out of school during termtime (ie 1 day or longer).

• Children at different ages adopt different patterns of thoughts and behaviour as compared to our time.

• During this crucial period, these behaviour stays with them for years to come. It is a time of much intensity, emotionally, behaviourally and physically, for our children even though we may think otherwise.

The SFE talks aim to give us some insights into bringing up our children with the least emotional heartbreak, to be more prepared to raise our children to be independent and to make responsible decisions in their lives.
