Portfolio of Evidence Training in Europe • 10 partners from 9 countries • To develop a Portfolio of Evidence
as a tool for collecting evidence at work
• To develop PoE as a reflective learning tool for students.
• Develop a short course for employers offering placements
The Challenge for VET
• To use the workplace as an opportunity to learn and be assessed
• For teachers to transfer responsibility for learning to the student
• For employers to get more involved in supporting learning in the work place.
