Project Partners

Participant training needs analysis by individual, cohort and project (R15).

Methodological input

• Each participant in the five participating countries had to fill in the starting questionnaire with 92 questionnaires in 5 partner countries, 231 statements in 4 areas.

• Each statement was evaluated in two ways: present level of mastering the competency and importance given to the statement by the individual.

• the final analysis was done in the way that shows the greatest gap between present level of competency and the importance of competency in question.

• where the gap is the greatest also the training should be directed. We find some changes in ranking order of competencies
