Methodological input
• Each participant in the five participating countries had to fill in the starting questionnaire with 92 questionnaires in 5 partner countries, 231 statements in 4 areas.
• Each statement was evaluated in two ways: present level of mastering the competency and importance given to the statement by the individual.
