Paradigm
A paradigm is a set of rules, examples, or models. It is often referred to as the rules, examples, and models our minds use to filter information.

Selecting Tools for Learning Solutions
Recognize that the tools used for formal learning and informal learning are different
Verify that the tools you select are a good match for your audience’s technical infrastructure
Look for tools that provide built-in support for learning management system standards: AICC, SCORM, and the Experience API (Tin Can API)
22
Transitioning to Mobile Tools
Many of the tools for traditional e-learning don’t transition well to mobile devices
It’s not just a matter of moving away from Flash to HTML5, native apps, or video
Look for tools that support multiple screen sizes and responsive design with minimal repetitive work for the content developer
