1 Overview
The DocMagic is a well know document preparation system in the mortgage industry. Its xml based interface allows LOS systems to post loans in an xml format (MISMO compliant) and prepare, procure or ship documents. The LSOP application integrating with Doc Magic for its document preparation.

2 Document Scope
The scope of document is to show the screen flow of Doc Magic interface in LSOP system.

3 Screen Flow Diagrams For “Submit To Audit”
3.1 Order Type Selection Description: This screen will allow the user to select the type of order to submit. The order types supported are Audit and Process. Here Submit To Audit Is Selected to place Audit Order.
User will click on “Continue” after selecting service and order type to provide further information.

3.2 Send Order Screen This screen contains the vendor information and other validations. The user has to give the appropriate information before he places the order. Here we are putting the package type as CLOSING.

After giving the information user has to click on “Save&Send Now” Button to send the order to Docmagic. 3.3 Order Status Screen This screen shows the status of the doc magic order. Initially the status is “CLOSING-NEW ORDER”.
Once we receive the response from Doc Magic, the status will be changed to CLOSING-RECEIVED as shown in below screen.

4.1 New Order Screen
This Screen is used to place the Doc Magic Order. Here we selected Order Type As Submit To Process as we are sending Process Order.

4.2 Send Closing Docs Order Screen In this screen user has to give the information for the package type and other process related data inputs. As we are sending Closing Package type we selected package type as “CLOSING”.

4.3 Order Status Screen This is the list screen, which shows the list of orders we placed. The process order status is currently “CLOSING-NEW ORDER”.
Once the response is received from the Doc magic ,the status is changed from “CLOSING-NEW” to “CLOSING-RECEIVED”. This can be observed in the below screen.
