Art & Craft Classes
Leopold Drawing Group
Are you interested in drawing? Join this group to share ideas with some instruction and assistance
available. BYO projects. Beginners welcome.

This long running group are now located at LC&LC. New members are always welcome.

Computer Classes
Introduction to Computers
This course is for people who have never used a computer, or have limited skills. Learning new skills
can be daunting but this program will gently develop your practical computer skills to use in your
every day activities.

Getting to know your iPad
Would you like to learn to use your IPad? Want to know more about: downloading, accessing and
using Apps, using the calendar, alarm, camera and accessing the internet.

ReThink Event—20th
October from 6.30 pm. Enjoy some wine and cheese while you
take in the ambiance of our display of re-made, re-purposed furniture and accessories. We are part-nering with the Leopold Men’s Shed to provide a host of ideas.

Computer Skills for Work
Are you returning to work and need a refresher? Are you a club secretary, on a fundraising
committee or general committee? Do you want to brush up on your computer skills to ease your
workload? You will cover a range of computer applications including: word processing,
databases, mail merge, preparing flyers & newsletters. You will be encouraged to work on your
own projects. This program will assume you have either completed an Introduction to Comput-
ers course or have basic skills

LC&LC offers free computer and internet access from Monday to Thursday 9 - 3. Either drop in or
pre-book a time. Printing and photocopying is also available at a nominal cost. Supported by City of

No Falls Program
A gentle chair based exercise program for older adults This program is de-
signed to improve your balance and it will assist your rehab.
Tuesdays 10.45am - 11.30am

2. Make a vertical garden from old pallets or what is at hand
3. Christmas gifts and wrapping from recycled and reused materials
4. Redesign Clothing and fashion from clothes you already have or from the op shop

The Art of Scarf Tying & The Impact of Colour

Part discussion group and part project/event group.
Are you interested in helping run events highlighting social justice issues and discussing issues with
like-minded people. Become involved and help raise community awareness.
