Summary

QRL: all sectors ready, pressure test of last sector on October 28th Magnet transport: on track to install most LHC magnets by March 07

(861 MB, 249 Arc SSS and 58 Special SSS in place today) Interconnection: on-going at nominal rate in 4 sectors

Sector 7-8 closed by mid-November Installation of power converters (>80%) and short-circuit test (>50%)

DFB delivery: DFBA (4/16), DFBM (10/23), DBX (5/8) Warm beam-pipe installation in progress in LSS8L/R, LSS1L & LSS4R

2006 objective: cool-down Sector 7-8 by the end of the year LHC Master Schedule very challenging and without contingency Time allocated to cool-down and power tests is too short to achieve a

complete hardware commissioning in 2007
