Editing Profile & Changing Password In the dashboard you can edit your profile or reset your password.

Advanced Customer Search In the Customer section you can search for a customer using fields such as ID, Ticket #, Phone Number,
etc.
If you want to view all accounts, simply click on Search and you will be able to view all accounts.
