You can access the ATLA database whether you are on campus or off

campus.

First click on “Research Tools…” in the drop-down menu under Stitt Library.

Then click on the Databases tab underneath the Sophi

Search box

Then click on the “Access EBSCO’s ATLA” link

On and Off Campus Access

• On campus users will be linked directly to the database. Off campus users will need to log in.

Log in using the user name from your Austin Seminary e-mail address (the part before the @) and your email password. This is different from your portal login!

What about Sophi Search?

If you search in the “Articles” or “All” tab, results from the ATLA Religion Database will be included along with results from other collections. You can see which results come from ATLA by looking at the “Database” notation in the record.
