6. Generation Bonus 10% ： Every member can receive from 2 to10 generations of bonus, 1% for each generation.

Rewards Program

7. Share Bonus ： (1) From 20% to 50% of profit will be shared to all

members. It will stop when it is more than 3 times of total investment, once very week.

(2) 4% of profit will be weighted divided to Crown members and Honorary directors, 1% of profit will be weighted divided to Honorary presidents. Except Honorary presidents, it will also stop when it is more than 3 times of total investment.

8. Lucky Bonus ： 0.2% of profit from next 8 layers of its network tree (in chronological order)

9. Transaction Commission:  2‰ of profit from next 5 generations in your team 。

10. Annual Fee Bonus: Annual fee of each member is $30 since the second withdraw. It will be shared as same as Multiplier Bonus.

11. Sale Commission: 6% of profit will divided to members within 30 generations, each generation will take 2‰. Generations of Sale Commission each member takes is as same as its Multiplier Bonus.

Rewards Program

1. There are hPoint (hontoot point) and wallet in the Seed Board. There are also two kinds of hPoint, seed hPoint and profit hPoint (only for transaction). Only Seed hPoint can increase its value.

Daily amount of increase *: <= $390 2% $990 -- $5280 3% $9990 – $19980 4% $30000 5% >= $60000 10%

*It will stop when reaching a special time, 3 times for trial member, 4 times for ordinary member, 5 times for silver member, 6 times for gold member, 7 times for platinum member, 8 times for diamond member, 9 times for ultimate member, 10 times for crown member, honorary director and honorary president.  

Seed Board

2. transaction in seed board 1 ） Conditions of transaction ：

(1) Member without direct referral can sell its points once per month after 100 days of registration. And only 10% of its points could be sold for first time.

(2) Member who has direct referrals can sell its points any time. It can sell two times if it has two direct referrals, but only 10% for first time too.

(3) Member can sell its points twice per month if its direct referrals’ investment are more than $990.

(4) Selling as many times as the number of direct referrals it has in the same month.

(5) limit is 2 times of its profit. After that, Reactivation or upgrade is necessary.

Seed Board

2) 30% of each transaction will be used to repurchase and it will increase to 70% after the member recalls its costs.

3) 6% of registration fee is to buy hPoint in Seed Board. 4) Transaction Details:

(1) The process of purchase while registering is real time, but the process of repurchase will happen in next working day.

(2) The registration purchase will get seed hPoint by the price of $0.1- $0.3. (3) The repurchase will get profit hPoint by the price of $0.1- $0.3. (4) Seller will get money to its wallet, which is sold amount multiplying its

weight (the weight is dynamic and depends on its proportion for sale). (5) Only one transaction, buy or sell, every day.

Seed Board

3. 30% of registration fee is to buy hPoint in Seed Board Buyer will get seed hPoint by the price of $0.1 - $0.3. Seller(referee) can sell its Bitkin if there is not enough hPoint.

And it can also borrow hPoint from Hontoot by only 1/3 of the price if there is not enough amount even including its Bitkin. But the profit will return to Hontoot after transaction is successful. It can also sell only hPoint borrowed from Hontoot if it wan’t to sell

its own hPoint and Bitkin.

Seed Board

1. There are Bitkin and wallet in Meridian Board. There are two kinds of Bitkin, seed Bitkin can be sold and can

increase its value, and profit Bitkin is only to sell. Other Bitkins will be used first in each transaction, then seed Bitkin.

Meridian Board

2. 6% of registration fee is to purchase Bitkin in Meridian Board 1) Buyer gets seed Bitkins by the price of $0.1 - $0.3 in real time. 2) 50% of these Bitkins is to sell in marketing, based on price

and time preference. （ *Purchase process is real time, but sale process will happen when new fund from other buyers comes in. ） 15% is weighted divided to its referee in the form of profit Bitkin, the base point is $30 of registration fee. 35% is weighted divided to those who have seed Bitkins in the form of profit Bitkin, based the amount of their seed Bitkins.

3) The price of sale changes from $0.1 to $0.4, but buyer get these Bitkins by the fixed price of $0.3.

Meridian Board

4) Digging Bitkin: This process is weighted based on proportion of seed hPoints and half amount of money to buy Bitkin. Dug Bitkin can not increase its value, but only to sell in marketing.

5) Stopping digging: It will stop when dug Bitkins is as special times ( 3 for Trial member , 4 for Ordinary member, 5 for Silver member, 6 for Gold member , 7 for Platinum member, 8 for Diamond member , 9 for Ultimate member, 10 for Crown member, Honorary director and Honorary president ) as the investment cost (not including Bitkins divided to referees)

6) Dynamic member repurchases 30%, static member repurchases 50%.

Meridian Board

3 times of Investment, Benefit stops After total income is more than 3 times of investment, it must be

reactive to get more all benefit, otherwise only direct benefits (including Safe Bonus, Wealth Bonus, Honorary president’s weighted division and profit of selling hPoints) are still valid.

Members can enjoy not only current benefit, but also previous achievement after reactivation. And the reactivation only charges 40% of normal registration fee.

Products: water purifier, Herbal Extracts, Seal Oil etc.

Special Proportion for recurring. Members need to recur by 20% of their benefit after recalling costs. 10% to purchase products (its profit is 10%, including 3% to

itself, 1% to Hontoot, and 6% is divided as Sale Bonus.) 5% to purchase hPoint in Seed Board.

5% to purchase Bitkin in Meridian Board.
