Before the age of automation and industrialization, raw materials were originally prepared in mills through slow & labour intensive processes. The people working in these facilities also known as millers endure hardship, often working day & night to transform

raw materials into finished products.

In mills, items were passed on down the lines, through countless pairs of hands, often from one skilled craftsman to another. Their attention to detail is impeccable & their passion for quality workmanship is undeniable. It is through this interaction between a

craftsman & the goods in which a product develop it’s essence.

Today, most products are mass produced in factories, automated by machines or worst still, assembled with sweat labour around the world, resulting in highly standardized and homogeneous products.

At Miller Goods, we believe there is a better way. We make our products by hand just as they have been made since the good old days. Hand crafted goods created with a personal touch simply feels different. The hand made nature of our goods also mean that each and every piece that comes out from our studio will be somewhat different from the other or imperfect in some way. However, we believe that it’s such imperfections that makes these goods even more beautiful and unique as compared to the harsh uniformity

of mass products ones.

Miller Goods is is about well crafted products with purposeful design. We use responsibly sourced materials and assemble our products by hand. Using traditional techniques and tools, our line of products are cleverly designed with modern functionality.
