How will you monitor my progress?

Regular fitness testing is done, to ensure that you areprogressing and achieving the goals that have been set

between you and your trainer.

Communication during your sessions is very much a two-wayprocess. We always ask for feedback at the end of every session,

to ensure your training is kept fresh and fun.

We favour monitoring your body’s dimensions,rather than constantly looking at just overall weight.

We also evaluate your body composition.Lighter on the scales, does not always mean

you are a healthier person.

We also ask for a food & lifestyle diary to be kept wherever possible.

This ensures your trainer is getting an accurate picture of your

WHOLE lifestyle, so any improvements can be discussed.
