During 13 Feb 2013, we found one subscriber with poor RF condition tried to entering the network and always fail. Need to customer visit to solve this problem.

Explanation Release Cause: Before the data path is set up, the GW requests to exit the network (C01). The GW sends the NetExit MS State Change Req message to initiate network disconnection. (C02)

From analysis of end-user with Low EASR the RF condition still in interference condition.

We suggest Operator to clearance this problem with Government to minimize the illegal spectrum user

SBC---Waiting time for terminal to send SBC-REQ message fails. That is, timer SBC is timeout. (C02)

The possibilities: 1. The MS does not receive the previous RNG-RSP message because the strength of downlink signals is weak. Check the downlink interference and change

the MS location. 2. The MS transmits the SBC-REQ message, but the message is lost at the air interface. Check the downlink interference and change the MS location.

Interference Detection

In TDD Technology, Interference is the most distributed of access failure. This problem come from external radio technology.

We suggest to Operator to clearance the Interference with BALMON.

Monitoring KPI and Summary

• Chandra Kusuma only has SBC Failure during 13 Feb 2013 due to MW Link have been interrupted with tree, and SBC down during cutting of tree.•ASIA UJUNG still have EASR problem until 14 Feb 2013.•JL Ahmad Yani and Pasar Merah have same problem with previous explanation about external interference impact.

•Operators need to clearance the external Interference with government.
