quently designed for both low standby current and high efficiency.
Quiescent current is 8µA (typical) and standby current 15µA
(typical). Efficiencies above 90% can be achieved. Input voltage covers
a wide range from 3.8V to 40V, the maximum output current is 2A.
The DC/DC converter family comprises of 3.3V and 5.0V fixed volt-
age versions, as well as a 100% duty cycle capable variable output
voltage version operating from input voltage down to 0.8V.
A special highlight is the E522.10. Its’ internal reference is switchable
from 0.8V in voltage regulation mode to 0.2V in current regulation
mode. This IC enables an efficient, power- and cost-effective solution
to driving high power LEDs from a rectified 24V/AC source.
