WELCOMEHaving worked in London designing for 7 years I have experienced many facets of the design industry, working along side some very skilled design, strategy and business talent.
I began in packaging and also worked with innovation and strategy teams learning the social theories behind design and how to bring brands not only out of the past into the present, but pushing their future potential too.
Then I learned more about the graphical language of identity, logo design and positioning as well as design forboth premium and FMCG brands.
I am a creative designer of structural, print and event design

STATEMENTBecoming a good all-rounder by taking an interest in all aspects of branding has helped me become well known for my enthusiasmtowards taking on briefs. Whether it isorganising a national competition andawards evening to designing shipper boxes.
I spend a lot of my own time doing morecraft based projects and regularly attend ‘Crafts Club’ set up by a group of friends.I enjoy working with textiles, designinghomewares and take a particular interestin reusability so I like making things fromhousehold rubbish like jam jars and cans.
My passion is illustration and typographyand I have a blog dedicated to my work. I am hoping to set up a small stall later thisyear with a friend in London’s East Endwhere I love spending a lot of my time. It is an inspiring place with such a diversemixture of people and different things, I believe it’s important to keep involvedwith the latest creative goings on. I likesurrounding myself with creative people, photography, music and film. I enjoy goingto see up and coming talent at smallexhibitions and music venues. I typicallylove socialising too so like most peopleam often out in London or off round thecountry visiting friends. I like to think ofmyself as a happy, light hearted a keenlearner and enthusiast.

SKILLSMy most enjoyable skill is putting people at their ease. I enjoy working with clients and presenting to them. I successfully took a course on presentation skills and gained very positive feedback.
Courses can be so liberating so I enjoytaking courses in specialist areas during my own time such as Typography, Screen Printing and Textiles. I really enjoy using the skills I’ve gathered from both the consumerand corporate sides of design and both three dimensional and graphical. I thinkhaving these insights gives me a holisticapproach to my work when considering brand application.
