Breakage - Part IBefore we get into the rewards plan, let’s talk about breakage, what it means, and why so many people lose because of it.
Just like a casino, the house always wins when enough breakage happens.
Breakage is added by setting the requirements for certain bonuses and rank advancements in a way that, yes, you can get there, but most never do.
Breakage is a set of rules that keeps most builders from reaching their goals. Some get close, but can never get over the finish line. We consider that unfair.

Breakage - Part IIYou will see in our rewards plan that we have removed all the breakage and what we call “got’cha’s”. Those other companies let you get close, but not close enough.
Who wants to be told they were close to a new paid-as rank, but fell short because they didn’t have the required # of builders, or the required # of customers, or that they didn’t hold a rank long enough, etc.
How would you like to generate as much as 100,000 points in one team leg and be told that only 30,000 (30%) can be used for rank qualification?
