Vision Statement
As an exemplary educational institution, Madera Community College
Center, under Reedley College, cultivates professional, well-
prepared individuals who will enrich our ever changing local,
regional, and global communities.
About Our School
Madera Community College Center (MCCC) is soon to become the
fourth and newest college in the State Center Community College
District. The center is focused on student success, with
comprehensive, innovative programs in transfer/general education,
occupational education, and developmental education that
motivates and empowers students to be successful.
MCCC will be the first community college in the state established as
a fully operational guided pathways college, helping students to
navigate their way to success. Guided Pathways presents courses in
the context of highly structured, educationally coherent program
maps that align with students’ goals for careers and further
education. The project is designed to significantly increase the
number of students who earn a certificate or degree at a California
Community College.
Our campus is growing by leaps and bound! We broke ground on
our new Center for Agriculture and Technology in 2018. In addition,
construction on the Academic Village II expansion is projected to
begin in late 2019, with completion scheduled for the summer of
2021.
