GENERALRULESFOR PRODUCT USAGE
SAnKo products are designed and manufactured based on strength and safety standards required as logistics instruments and offer a great number of excellentfunctions. However, in order to use them correctly and safely, please take note offollowing descriptions.
1. Never use SPM products for other purpose.SPMproductsaredesignedonlyforlogistics.Neverusethemforotherpurpose.
2. Do not change the specification by post-processing.Do not make any holes or modify the shape of the product. it may reduce the strength to a remarkable extent.
3. Do not use any damaged product.Do not use any damaged product such as cracked or remarkably deformed ones for your safety.
4. Never exceed the maximum load of the pallet.Donotexceedthemaximumloadspecificationoftheplasticpallettopreventthecollapseand/or damage of cargo. Also, do not apply concentrated load on the particular part of thepallettopreventpartialdamage.Pleasemakesuretoreconfirmthespecificationson catalogue before using them.
5. Ensure the cargo load is within the weight limits of the container.Pleaseusetheplasticcontainerwithinreferenceweightof20kg.Compressiveloadismentionedinourcatalogue.Thiscompressiveloadisbucklingload.Forstacking,pleaseuse containers within 1/5 to 1/3 of buckling load.
6. Strict prohibition of fire.SPMproducts aremadeofburnableplastic resin.Neverplace themclose tofireorwelding spark. it may cause fire.

Tri-axial Vibration Test MachineTri-axial Vibration Test Machine in Sanko Technical Centre is the largest size in Japan (Table size 2,000mm x 2,500mm). it can be loaded with 10 module size pallets for testing.Asitvibratesin3directionssimultaneously,itcanreproducetestwhichis closed to actual transportation. Vibration Test Machine is important in development of logistic equipment and our company is the onlymanufacturerinJapanwhoownsvibrationtestmachine.
Horizontal Impact Test MachineThis machine can reproduce unpredictable impact such as sudden acceleration and emergency brake that may happen during transport by truck. The table size is 2,500mm x 2,500mm. Loadable weight is 1.4 ton and it is the biggest in Japan too. Such large scale test machines areonlyavailableinSankoTechnicalCentre.
