Students had the pleasure of learning how to be an author and use their imagination to write stories from Author, Chris Collin. All students and staff had a fantastic day! 5/6 News! Term 4 has had a busy start with most students in 5/6 attending the Canberra Excursion last week. We all had a fantastic time seeing the sights of Canberra including: National Exhibition Centre, Parliament House, National Museum, Telstra Tower, National Art Gallery and the Electoral Centre just to name a few. Questacon and IPLAY were lots of fun and provided the kids with some evening fun and games. Year 6 Graduation is coming up on the 25th November, and an invitation went home with students in Week 1. Students are looking forward to this event. If you could please get your RSVP’s in by 15th November, 2019?

Born to Read

Last Monday primary students celebrated the final Born to Read day at Manilla Central School. Students had the pleasure of learning how to be an author and use their imagination to write stories from Author, Chris Collin.

5/6 News!

Term 4 has had a busy start with most students in 5/6 attending the Canberra Excursion last week. Day for Daniel

Last Friday Students in years K-6 suppported the amazing work of the Daniel Morcombe Foundation.

Students participated in child safety activities at school as part of Day for Daniel. Day for Daniel is about educating children and adults about keeping

kids safe through child safety and protection initiatives. It aims to help empower our children to Recognise, React and Report if they feel something is not right.

Wearing Red and Educate was the theme of Day for Daniel.
