PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE EQUIPMENT 5

The process we did was the following :

1ºDisconnect cable generators, internet access and other components (generic cord-CPU monitor, mouse, keyboard etc.)..

2° Unscrew the CPU chassis and took one of the side covers to start disassembling the equipment.

3° Disconnect the cables from the power supply, hard drive and other.

4° We removed the MAIMBOARD (motherboard) while the RAM card from it. Cleaned with the special liquid and install new RAM on MAIMBOARD.

5° We removed the heat sink and chassis MAIRBOARD, we clean the blower and lubricate.

6° We removed the hard drive and the DVD drive verify that they are in good condition and clean.

7° We removed the power supply internally and externally cleaned ensuring its smooth operation, remove your heatsink clean and lubricate it.

8°Removed all the parts, clean the chassis and the side covers.

9° After cleaning all the parts again assemble in their respective places of the chassis.

10°We check that everything is properly installed and connected all the cables in the MAINBOARD.

•Installed everything assemble endcaps. Connect the equipment to electricity and the same time external components (keyboard mouse screen).

•verified that the computer functioning perfectly'm screwed either the chassis.

• Finally cleaned outside of the sprayer (screen, mouse, keyboard, etc..) With special materials.

• We connect again everything and observe its operation.

Throughout the process we use these tools:

• Star screwdrivers• Brushes• Blower• special Rag• clean screens• clean exterior• Lubricant sinks (CRC Duster dust cleaner).
